This charming eatery embraces the essence of Asian and Filipino cuisine, serving as an inviting spot for families and friends alike to gather and enjoy a hearty meal. Conveniently located on Amboy St, it not only offers a buffet experience but also an à la carte menu, catering to a wide range of tastes.

The buffet is an alluring draw, priced at just ₱449 per person, which includes an array of home-cooked Filipino dishes, drinks, and desserts. It’s a perfect option for those seeking a fulfilling yet affordable dining experience. Many patrons have praised the ample selection, from comforting chao long broth to delectable Garlic Cheese bread. Customers like Jaysem Pacot have noted that while the food is steady, some flavors may benefit from a little more depth. In contrast, others like Sheila were impressed with the broth's authenticity and deliciousness.

A particular highlight is the renowned beef and bone marrow soup, which one customer described as both delicious and unexpectedly generous in portion size. This dish perfectly embodies the essence of Filipino comfort food, showcasing the chef's technique and dedication to quality. The care the staff put into creating customized requests, such as a refreshing ginger tea, adds a personal touch that enhances the overall dining experience.

We’ve dined here twice with my family—once for the buffet and another time for the à la carte menu. The food is decent, though it lacks depth in flavor and could use some improvement. The service also leaves room for growth. If you’re looking for an affordable and decent meal, this place fits the bill. Overall, it’s an okay experience.

I had several friends who recommended this place so we tried it, and it did not disappoint! The chao long broth was very tasty, similar to what we had in Bonas in the city. The Garlic Cheese bread was also yummy and the Shake as well. Wil definitely go back! Service was awesome too!

Had beef and bone marrow soup, it was delicious. Meat so tender. Didn't expect the portion was huge tho, it can be shared for 2 people. Staff were very nice, they made my ginger tea by request. However atmosphere was quite dull, they don't have aircon and the fan didn't really help

It’s actually good more than from what I expected! They are offering local filipino food. Their price is good for their food. I highly recommend to visit this buffet. They only offer dinner buffet. Must visit when you go El Nido!!

Lots of choices of home cooked filipino foods and it was good. Spacious and open air. 449 pesos per person which includes unlimited foods, drinks, and desserts. Nice staff, Overall a great buffet for it’s price.

Since this restaurant opened, my family and friends have always eaten here. Our favorite is the Chicken Lomi, and they also have other menu items to offer. It is known for being a buffet and Filipino-style restaurant. The staff here are also nice. Their food is good. A must-try when you go to El Nido.

Passed by Barkada’s today because I wanted to try chaolong but they don’t have the menu from the recent photos anymore. The restaurant changed into a buffet and looks brand new! It was spacious, open air & stylish. Just a minute walk off the main road that leads you to the beach. When you walk to Barkada’s, it looks like there’s not much down the street but keep going. Pass the large Amakan Hotel. Restaurant is open from 11am-10pm. We didn’t eat there yet because we weren’t ready for a big meal but the setup & dishes looked like home cooking during the holidays. The staff was very welcoming & let us look at the buffet options of the day. There was another staff at the buffet table who looks like they are there to serve the food. There’s also a dessert & fruit table, plus coffee/tea station to the right of the buffet. It was filled with traditional Filipino dishes! Great place if you want to try a little of everything and/or have a lot of your favorite dish. I hope this restaurant can get more business & thrive! We will return for dinner before our trip is over and I will update with our experience
